細單位嘅奢華唔可以靠「闊」，要靠「density」— 即係每個 surface 都用 statement material，唔可以節省。

- 天花：cove lighting + tray ceiling + bespoke pendant — 唔可以 plain
- 地板：solid herringbone / 大磚雲石 / Calacatta book-match — 唔可以 laminate

2 垂直空間運用（Verticality）
半山一號嘅樓底約 2,700mm。要將呢個 vertical space 用盡：
- Full-height joinery：所有櫃做到頂，唔留 dust shelf gap
- Tall window treatment：window 上方加 pelmet / 垂直 sheer curtain
- Hanging art high：藝術品 center line 喺 1,600mm 以上（gallery hanging height）
