3 大常見錯誤

❌ Error 1：Tier mismatch — 細單位 over-spec、豪宅 under-spec

細單位 (300-400 呎) 用 Lutron HomeWorks 太 overkill，HK$200,000 wasted。豪宅 (1,500+ 呎) 用 Apple HomeKit 跌 stability — wireless 無法穩定 cover、業主每星期都要 re-pair device。Rule of thumb：單位 size HK$/sq.ft. ≈ 1/3 budget 比例去 smart home。即 1,000 呎 unit 用 1,000,000 budget → smart home 用 ~300,000。

❌ Error 2：Wireless 主導但無 wired backbone

30+ wireless device 共用 1 個 router、無 mesh wifi backbone — 99% 機會 system 唔穩定。Lighting timed 唔到、blind 開唔到、Siri response delay 5 秒。解決：(1) Wired 燈光 + blind control (用 Lutron / KNX); (2) 全屋 mesh wifi (Eero Pro 6 / Unifi); (3) 10G ethernet backbone connecting hub + Apple TV + NAS。

❌ Error 3：Visible technology 破壞 design

豪宅 living room 一堆 router / 機頂盒 / Apple TV / Lutron repeater 一字排開放電視櫃上面 — 完全 destroy aesthetic。解決：Design phase plan 一個 5-10 sq.ft. dedicated equipment cabinet (with ventilation + UPS + cable management)，hide 所有 hardware。Lutron keypad 用 minimal Architectural 系列 (engraved buttons)、唔用 plastic-looking generic switch。
